I have had the privilege of working for the Meade County School District since 2004. I have worked at David T. Wilson in various roles including teacher, curriculum specialist, assessment and intervention specialist, assistant principal, and behavior interventionist. I have truly enjoyed each of these positions because they have all taught me different skills that are necessary to be a principal. I received my Bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University, my Master's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, my Rank 1 was earned through National Board Certification in Literacy, and my administrative certificate was completed at Western Kentucky University.
I believe that high expectations, a safe learning environment, and a positive atmosphere lead to student success. I hope your child experiences each of these things while at David T. Wilson.
