We are happy to announce that David T. Wilson is now enrolled in the Kroger Community Rewards Program. This is an easy way to raise money for our school by doing something you probably already do… shop for groceries! It doesn’t cost you anything. You just have to enroll in the program.
To Enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards Program:
Visit http://www.kroger.com. Once logged into your Kroger account, click on Kroger Community Rewards. You can then search for David T. Wilson Elementary either by name or MP939 and click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.
In order to participate, customers must have a registered Kroger rewards card account to link to David T. Wilson. If you do not yet have a Kroger rewards card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
REMEMBER, purchases will not count for David T. Wilson until after you register your rewards card.
Participants must swipe their registered Kroger rewards card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger rewards card when shopping for each purchase to count.

Correction-Free Dress for registering online and encouraging 10 friends and family to support our Bulldog Jog by 9/26 will be on Monday, 9/29.

Flyers are coming home today with your students with information for the upcoming Bulldog Jog Fundraising Event on October 2nd! This is a fun and active way for our students to get involved while supporting our school community. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a jog around the school campus, and we encourage everyone to gather pledges to help raise funds for important school programs and initiatives.
This year, we are utilizing a NEW fundraising platform, FutureFund.com, that ensures ALL of your donations go directly to the school (there are no overhead fees!). Registration is simple!! If you have any questions, please email the PTO at dtw.pto@meade.kyschools.us .

6th Grade Boys Basketball Tryouts
Tryouts for the 6th Grade Boys Basketball Team will be held on Monday, September 22, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at SPMS.
All students planning to try out must:
Pick up a tryout form from the front office of their school and return it to the front office or to Coach Cross on the day of tryouts.
Have a current sports physical on file before participating. Students without a valid physical will not be permitted to try out.
Please be sure to complete these requirements ahead of time.
